6 years of use as of 2021, and in perfect shape. The room looks like a surgical suite, because this floor can be found in veterinary surgical suites! Detergents and bleach will not damage this Silikal R61 floor.
The area behind the washers / driers has an been an easy to clean area. Water leaks: no problem. Our cove has and will protect all walls from water ingress, with tile installed above. (2021: 6 years)
