Esthetic Decorative flake system. Self-leveled. Moderate anti slip. Suitable for cove.

Installed in hospitals, veterinary, medical, dental, hangars, auto dealerships, pharmaceutical plants, kitchens (low grease load), building entrances, BOMA applications, washrooms, oilfield laboratories, oilfield camps.

High Anti Slip Floor. Thick build floor system. Most commonly found in constantly wet but low oil areas due to smooth surface.

Installed in food and beverage processing, sanitation rooms, dairy barn milking and holding areas, live animal areas, auto body shops, wash bays, maintenance shops, bakeries, meat processing, kill floors, dairy plants.

The Silikal® RV368 CQ membrane system is very similar to the Silikal® R61 CQ system, except the RV368 matrix resin has much more elasticity than does the higher compressive strength R61 system.

RV368 with a colour quartz (CQ) broadcast is excellent for forklift traffic in freezers.

We also install the RV368 system on steps in outdoor environments. RV368 has better stretch to be able deal with slabs that have some movement, or where rapid thaw / freeze can occur (ie. de-frost cycles).

Silikal's coving resin product is best-in-breed. It is not an epoxy that is allowed to cure before application. It is a thixotropic material that cures while it bonds to primed walls and floors.

You can incorporate colours and words into floors permanently using our Silikal® to achieve safety, improved productivity, and prevent quality related events from happening.

Multi coloured lines for directing / controlling pedestrians and operated equipment is one technique.

Our coloured flooring work is installed on top of Silikal® production or commercial thick build floors. The lines and lettering are thick-build, and have excellent wear resistance even with forklift traffic. Better yet, they can be touched up with repairs if ever required.

Better than any epoxy paint, this system will be esthetic, hygienic and easy to clean. This is a great option for concrete grade beams that extend up from the floor.
